  • Return Window: 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
  • Restocking Fee: .00 (No Restocking Fee) on all eligible returns.
  • Item Condition & Disassembly Requirement: Returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition within original protective packaging.

4-Step Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Workflow

Step 01 — Request an RMA Number: Email support@gladisfurniture.shop within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and item details.

Step 02 — Receive Designated Warehouse Address: Within 24 business hours, our support team will issue your RMA number along with the U.S. warehouse return address.

Step 03 — Repack & Ship With Tracking: Pack the item securely and ship it to the designated RMA address, sharing the tracking number with support@gladisfurniture.shop.

Step 04 — 2-Day Inspection & 3–5 Day Refund: Warehouse inspection takes 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment card within 3–5 business days.
